Three years later, when thousands of pet owners are still waiting for the lawsuit settlement, still trying to pay off credit card bills, still morning their pets…and Menu Foods doesn’t want their $20 Million in profits announced in the U.S.
What nerve.

For 2009, Menu Foods Income Fund reports net income of $13.7 million; substantially up from the loss of $6.8 million in 2008.
President Paul Henderson stated all four quarters in 2009 were profitable; first time since 2006 (before their deadly recall).
