AllProvide is voluntarily recalling specific lots of Gently Cooked Chicken Recipe because the product may contain pieces of plastic. This recall is being initiated out of an abundance of caution after customer complaint identified the potential presence of foreign material in the affected product.
The affected product should not be fed to pets. Pieces of plastic may pose a potential choking, oral injury, or gastrointestinal hazard if consumed.

No other Allprovide products are affected by this recall.
What Customers Should Do: Customers who have purchased the affected product directly from AllProvide.com should stop feeding it immediately. Please check your package for the lot number and best-by date listed above. Customers should dispose of affected product and provide picture evidence of batch number and product name for refund. Pet parents should contact their veterinarian if their pet consumed the affected product and shows any signs of discomfort, choking, vomiting, abdominal distress, difficulty passing stool, or unusual behavior.
This recall is being conducted with the knowledge of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

I’ve had issues with both chicken and beef for cats and no longer use them. My cat started throwing up almost every meal last year and when he didn’t throw up,he was constipated. Steve’s has been a Godsend. Allprovide is also not good concerning refunding product not able to use. I got a spoiled batch and was refunded. Got the gently cooked instead of raw and was refunded but when I requested refund for the beef he can’t eat, I heard nothing. It’s being trashed because I don’t trust to try it or give to anyone else to try.

I’ve been an Allprovide customer for 9 years. Had a few issues during that time — recalls aren’t fun for anyone but are the responsible thing to do. Their customer service people have always been responsive and helpful. I’m a happy customer.

I have trusted Allprovide for several years with my precious Standard poodle Service Dog ENYA I love that they initiated the recall and that it wasn’t from some agency months after there was a problem!

That’s why I cook for my dogs. I know what they are getting. Fresh chicken etc❤️
