The entire video is a little over 2 hours long. Our presentation is at the 1 hour, 50 minute mark. But I encourage everyone to listen to all of the presentations – including listening to the words of several from FDA – sharing their perspective of the regulation of pet food.
Any pet owner can share their own personal challenges in pet food with FDA – the agency will be accepting comments through October 25, 2021. Click on: Regulations.gov, then click on the blue “Comment” button to post your comment. Don’t hesitate to send FDA your message, however realize all comments are public.
Wishing you and your pet(s) the best,
Susan Thixton

Was very impressed by SUSAN THIXTON! Her presentation hit the mark! FDA needs to be more involved in our pets lives especially when it comes to pet food manufacturers!

Thank you Susan, I busted out laughing at cow pie. Brilliant analogy. I applaud your efforts, as a supporter of your work for over 11 years.

Just listened to the whole show while preparing my dog’s ketogenic diet for the next 10 days. Overview: Solomon’s got to go; learned a few things about diet issues from research; hemp people are organizing,yeah-my dog gets hemp seed in his diet and CBD for pain with no adverse issues; Susan Thixton was awesome as always and Cathy, Kohl, et al did a great job too! I think the FDA has a lot to think about, except with all Solomon’s excuses I doubt anything will change until Congress gets involved. I think our first step should be taking down AAFCO.
