The concept for our business started many years ago after we lost our 7 year old Pomeranian, Nellie, to kidney failure. After the complete and utter shock of her death settled a bit, we began questioning everything. What had we done wrong? What could have happened? She had a wonderful life, ate well (so we thought), exercised….we would have done anything for her. She was also on that special expensive “prescription” vet food. And of course, her regular monthly flea and tick, and heart worm meds. All of these things began to sound like a soup of death, and we believe they were for her. After a ton of research and continuous reading, reports, and forums, we decided to open up a holistic pet store 4 years after Nellie’s death. We sell nothing made in China or any other unsafe source country, we’ve studied every ingredient in every product, plus the company itself.
