You and your fellow pet food consumers can ‘gathr’ together and see the documentary Pet Fooled in a theater in your city! Let’s support the film that will open the eyes of many Pet (Food) Fooled.

You and your fellow pet food consumers can ‘gathr’ together and see the documentary Pet Fooled in a theater in your city! Take your veterinarian to ‘movie night’, take those stubborn friends that won’t leave grocery store pet food behind, the possibilities are endless. Let’s support the film that will open the eyes of the many Pet (Food) Fooled.

Here is the trailer (again) for Pet Fooled…

Thanks to film producer Kohl Harrington – Pet Fooled is available on a theater on-demand system called Gathr.  Gathr’s website lists available movie theaters in your city that will bring Pet Fooled to you – and your group. All you need to do is ‘gathr’ friends together (they need enough ticket sales to bring in the film) and request a viewing.

Here’s how it works…

Go to http://gathr.us/films/pet-fooled – and click on “Gathr a New Screening” (green box)…

gathrpetfooled

On the page that opens (after clicking on Gathr a New Screening) enter your zip code and a listing of theaters in your city will open. Select the date you want (it even displays the estimated ticket price). When you request the screening, you become the ‘Movie Captain’ – it will be up to you to ‘gathr’ enough attendees (it appears to be 60 attendees within 23 days). The Movie Captain can also request additional time after the movie for questions from attendees too.

Attention Indianapolis, Indiana area pet owners…

Platinum Paws independent pet food store is hosting a screening of Pet Fooled. Thursday December 8, 2016, 7:30 PM, Trader’s Point Showplace 12. Tickets are $11. To reserve your tickets, go here: http://gathr.us/screening/18588

Attention Tampa Bay area pet owners…

TruthaboutPetFood.com has requested a screening of the film. For pet owners in the Tampa, Florida area…the screening will take place on November 30th, 2016 at 7:30 PM at the Woodlands Square 20 Theaters, 3128 Tampa Rd, Oldsmar, FL. I’ve requested extra time after the film and will answer questions from pet owners. If you live in the Tampa area – please come (St. Petersburg, Tampa, Clearwater)! I too have to get 60 attendees in 23 days. Ticket prices are only $11.00. Go here to reserve your tickets: http://gathr.us/screening/18487

Attention Louisville, KY area pet food consumers…

I’ve heard from Rudy Green’s Pet Food owner Karla Haas; she has requested a screening in her hometown of Louisville, KY. Her small pet food company is the Movie Captain for her screening in January. If you live in Louisville, KY – contact Karla Haas of Rudy Greens to learn where and when the film will be showing.

Do you own an independent pet food store? Host a screening. What great advertising for quality pet food this film is. Stores could hold a contest for two free tickets (costs you $22 – no cheaper advertising than that!). Ask your sales reps for some free samples and give them out to attendees. You too can host a Q&A period after the film (we know how smart so many of you independent store owners are!). To pet owner customers of a quality independent pet food store – share this opportunity with them.

Are you a veterinarian that ‘gets it’ about pet food? Host a screening.

Are you part of a rescue group that cares about quality food for your rescued friends? Host a screening.

Are you a quality pet food manufacturer? Definitely host a screening.

Are you a pet lover that wants to share this vital information with friends and family? Host a screening. It’s so simple. Just ‘gathr’ your friends and pick a date.

Hosting a screening costs you nothing more than your ticket price. All you need to do is share your screening with friends and gather the required amount of attendees in the required time frame.

Make it an event or just a night at the movies. Support this small independent film. Share the pet food education. Everyone (except perhaps Big Pet Food) benefits.

Wishing you and your pet(s) the best,

I left a comment on a Purina ad site on Facebook for people to watch thus documentary. Purina answered my comment by saying it is full of lies and myths. I told them if that were the case, they should have responded on the documentary!
