Pure Vita Pet foods is manufactured by Tuffy’s Pet Foods a division of KLN Interprises. Foods are manufactured at a company owned plant in Perham, MN. Meat meal ingredients (example chicken meal) contain some bone and no internal organs; preserved with mixed tocopherols. Fish meal is preserved with mixed tocopherols; certified to be ethoxyquin free. Food is extruded at 350 degrees F. Minus: This pet food contains Menadione Sodium Bisulfite Complex (source of Vitamin K activity) which is a controversial synthetic Vitamin K.
